The Co-op program allows students to be employed while in high school. The student works in a supervised workplace. It is based on an agreement between the student, employer and school staff . A recommendation from a teacher saying that the student is ready to be employed is required. After that step students are matched with an employer who offers work hour in the career program of the students interest. Students participate in the Co-Op program during the school year.

- The student must attend all classes if they are not working in an Cooperative program during that hour.
- If the job is terminated for any reason , the student must report back to their school and report to their teacher.
- Time cards must be signed by employers.
- Absences must be reported to the school and the student's employer.
